BY OWNING A LUPINUS, PARTICIPATING IN THE ARPG OR INTERACTING WITH THE SPECIES AT ALL YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Consequences of Breaking Terms and Conditions

General T&C

1. You must display dignity, kindness and respect for all members of the species. Even if you do not like somebody, we expect maturity and civility, and will handle the situation should that be abandoned by either party.
2. All members must have a WOS and a Toyhou.se account!
   • Amino is a BANNED media. Never post anything about the species, lupi art, anything here.
3. The use of AI is strictly prohibited for this species.
4. Rules of Rehoming: You must uphold resale rules and respect each artist whose design you may own's personal TOS. You may only gift, trade or resell a lupinus if the lupinus has that marked unless additional value has been added on.
   • Resale only for the total worth of the design's initial purchase if applicable, PAID FOR received art and appraisals of YOUR OWN art/literature. You may NOT count free art towards its price. Traits and anatomy must be drawn correctly in order to receive any appraisal worth. We will not be responsible for keeping a value log of your lupini, you must do it yourself.
   • You may not resell, gift or trade to someone blacklisted by the species as a whole or by original designers. You also may not rehome a design to someone who expresses wanting to void the lupinus from the species, this will only be acceptable if you're no longer involved in the species and are rehoming your lupi.
   • PLEASE REMEMBER If you received a Lupinus for less than their listed worth, you may not resell them for their listed worth, only for the amount of which you received them.
     • e.g. if you received them for $12 worth of items you've paid for, but the design itself is worth $20, you may NOT resell it for anything more than $12 unless there is additional artwork/literature paid for or appraised added to their worth.
   • If rehoming a lupi you can transfer it from the lupinus' WOS page, but please note any new value change when transferring.
5.  You may not void a design until after 6 months of their initial creation. You will be required to change all lupilike traits when you void a lupinus, you may not delete the lupinus artwork. You must leave note on the character that they were originally a lupinus, and you must link back to LotusKing (AlbinoFlowers) on TH and the WorldOfSolaria website.
   • If someone else purchases the design after you void, they are welcome to join the species and reverse the voiding on the lupinus.
   • A LUPINUS CAN ONLY BE VOIDED ONCE.
6. You may not draw, use or similarly interact with a lupinus that you do not own without permission - always ask permission!
7. Please do not confront someone who violates any rules. Immediately message Albino or Zuke through TH or Discord in order to report the issue. Please provide proof, examples, links or whatever else may be helpful.
   • If you have issues with a staff member, please either owner.
8. You may have "AU" lupi with the original designer's permission. For example, you can have a lupinus that also has another species form. You may not use these AU forms in the lupinus ARPG.
9. Upon any sort of character purchase you do not own any aspect of the species itself, only the individual design. 
10. If you set up a breeding between a lupi coupling where you are not the owner of one or both designs, the other owner(s) will also have a pick of the pups. If you own neither of the lupini, then the original owners get first pick of the litter.
    • The exception is if the owner(s) give you permission to pick pup(s).

Design TOS

Please take note of the MYO Guide, which will also include rules about designing.

1. All members must respect the TOS of both the species and the designers of any lupinus you may own.
2. You MUST have an MYO slot in order to make a lupinus yourself. This is not an open species, MYOs must be purchased, traded for, gifted or otherwise earned through gameplay.
   • You may only use traits up to your listed MYO slot, but you must have at least one trait of the listed one. i.e. A Rare MYO can only use Common, Uncommon and Rare traits, but has to have at least 1 Rare trait to count.
   • Same gift, trade and resale rules as predesigned lupini.
   • Only Royal Artisans can take customs without need for an MYO! MYOs are required for customs by anyone else.
3. All MYOs, whether made by yourself or a commissioned artist, must have WIPs submitted to the #myo-wips-and-help channel with a traits list included in the discord server for approval of traits. We recommend showing WIPs at the sketch/concept, fully lined and almost-finished stages at least.
4. You must draw a lupinus with the proper traits and anatomy. Stylization is alright but don't draw the ears sticking straight up like a doberman's. Do not draw a lupinus with a Spectre Plume if they don't have a Spectre Plume.
   
   • Failure to do so will result in you not being able to claim EXP or appraisal.
   • MYOs and adopts can be rejected if traits are not drawn properly.
5. You MUST ask the original designer if you may change the overall design. If the original designer does not feel comfortable with your changes, you may not change them! If they're willing to negotiate different changes, you may attempt it.
   • While trait changes are allowed, redesign potions can only be used if the original designer's TOS is alright with such changes.
   • A major redesign must have permission from the original designer and Albino, and if the original designer's own TOS does not approve of changes then you may not make them.
   • If you are redesigning a design into a lupinus you MUST have a screenshot of the original designer's permission to change the species. Even if it's marked in the designer's TOS, we would like for you to have written permission given this is a closed species and not just any other natural species.
     • When submitting a design update claim, please leave in the comments section what you're changing and if you have permission to change things (we will need proof, we will ask the original designer ourselves if you cannot give proof).
6. Do NOT trace or heavily reference someone else's work for your MYO! If we find out you will be redirected and you will have to change the art into your own thing and given a warning.
   • Media-based designs are a big no no! For example, anyone can have a young, orphaned wizard character who’s manipulated by the adults around him to basically die by the hand of an evil guy. But when you name him Harry Potter, put a lightning bolt on his forehead with round glasses and make another character with a messed up nose and a superiority complex to serve as HP’s arch nemesis, we have to draw the line somewhere. We will not risk getting a copyright infringement lawsuit, so no obvious media inspired designs will be allowed.
